Added Days. Two additional days, or five additional days for the death of a spouse, may be allowed but will be taken from sick leave and/or vacation leave.

Added Days. An additional two days may be allowed but taken from personal leave if available, or from sick or vacation leave if personal leave is not available.
Added Days. In the event that added days become available at a site, the following procedure will apply:

  • Lieu Days Where an employee is granted a lieu day pursuant to Clause 17.3 or 17.4 of this Agreement, the time off granted will be seven (7) hours per lieu day for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee.

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Contract Days Those days during a professional year on which assign- ments can be made for which a teacher is paid to work.
