Activity Category C: Specialized Recruiting. (b) (4) To ensure recruiters maintain their product knowledge for specialized recruiting areas, (b) (4) For Official Use Only Proprietary Information – FAR 3.104  Application preparation, processing and quality control. The training would include lesson plans, online ―packaged‖ training (i.e., same training provided in resident courses), and live training scheduled through a portal similar to Professional Education Center‘s Learning Management System (LMS). Our team, based on surveys conducted with recruiters, would provide training feedback to NGB-ASM that could be integrated into applicable Strength Maintenance Training Center Courses at the PEC. For the Army National Guard, MACROsystems would create a MOS/AOC Marketing Plan with performance based metrics based on NGB-ASM End Strength Goals. In the plan, we would identify the following:  XXX Xxxxxxx Document to determine recruiting goals by region that we would incorporate into the Online Marketing Engine. We would create a continuous feed that would run the marketing campaign targets for specific individuals for specific positions.  Tactical Communication Points (online, mail, newsletter, email, etc.) to target compelling messages and offers to these specialized low-density MOS/AOC personnel, including follow-up tactics by recruiters for at least three separate marketing communications.  Tracking to ensure communication has been delivered and received by MOS/AOC candidates and a measure of response to increase effectiveness and adjust recruiting efforts.  A marked difference in the outreach effort for ―baby-boomer‖ medical professionals verses the effort for ―Gen X‖ and ―Gen Y‖ doctors and nurses.  Support materials would be developed (Landing Pages, Recruiting DVDs, Direct Mail, Email Templates) to facilitate recruiter follow-up based on offline/online marketing efforts.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Specialized Services The specialized consultant services identified in the following list are included in Additional Services: Providing financial feasibility or other special studies. Providing planning surveys, site evaluations, environmental studies or comparative studies of prospective sites. Providing services relative to future facilities, systems and equipment which are not intended to be constructed during the Construction Phase. Providing services to make detailed investigation of existing conditions or facilities or to make measured drawings thereof, other than to verify the accuracy of drawings or other information furnished by the Owner. Providing coordination of Work performed by Owner’s separate Contractors or by the Owner’s own forces. Providing services in connection with the Work of a Contractor or separate consultants retained by the Owner other than commissioning consultant, testing and balance consultant, material testing firms or similar firms. Providing services for planning tenant or rental spaces. Making revisions in Drawings, Specifications or other documents when such revisions are inconsistent with written approvals or instructions previously given are required by the enactment or revision of codes, laws of regulations subsequent to the preparation of such documents or are due to other causes not solely within the control of the Project Architect. Making extensive investigations, surveys, valuations, inventories or detailed appraisals of existing facilities, except as otherwise required by the Agreement, and ser­vices required in connec­tion with construction performed by the Owner. Providing consultation concerning replacement of any Work damaged by fire or other cause during construction, and furnishing services as may be required in connection with the replacement of such Work. Providing services made necessary by the default of the Contractor, or by major defects or deficiencies in the Work of the Contractor, or by failure of performance of the Contractor under the Contract for Construction. Providing extensive assistance in the utilization of any equipment or system such as initial start-up or testing, adjusting and balancing, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, training personnel for operation and maintenance, and consultation during operation. Providing services after the expiration of sixty (60) days following final payment to the Contractor, excluding any services necessary during the warranty period inspections and provided that all of Project Architect’s services as required under this Agreement have been satisfactorily completed. Preparing to serve or serving as an expert witness at the request of the Owner in connection with any public hearing, arbitration proceeding or legal proceeding. Providing any other services not otherwise customarily furnished in accordance with generally accepted architectural practice.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Non-Medical, Personalized Services PRACTICE shall also provide Patient with the following non-medical services (“Non-Medical Services”), which are complementary to our members in the course of care:

This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:

  • Independent Contractor; No Partnership; No Agency; No Utility Services 15.1 Company and Developer shall be independent contractors. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, agency relationship, or partnership between the Parties or to impose any partnership obligation or partnership liability upon any Party. No Party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act on behalf of, or to act as or be an agent or representative of, or to otherwise bind, the other Party. This Agreement is not an agreement to provide or take utility services of any kind, including, without limitation, interconnection or other electric transmission services.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.
