Acquainting New Employees. The Employer will provide dues authorization forms and Union membership forms to new employees for their completion and signing. The Employer will forward the executed documents to the Union within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of the employee's date of hire. Such forms will be provided to the Employer by the Union, and will allow employees to authorize the release of their social insurance number to the Union. The Employer will provide the employee with a list of Job Stewards within their service location.
