Acquainting New Employees. 35.01 (a) New employees shall be advised of the names of their Shop Xxxxxxx and the Worker Co-chair of the Joint Workplace Health and Safety Committee or the Workers Health and Safety Representative, as the case may be, and provided with an introduction to each following the commencement of the employee’s employment. Such introductions shall be provided within twenty (20) days of the commencement of the employee’s employment. TCHC will also provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to all new employees.
