Common use of Accumulation and Use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Accumulation and Use of Vacation. Eligible employees shall accumulate 22 vacation from the date of entering Health Department service and may use accumulated vacation with 23 pay after six (6) months on regular pay status with Employer approval.
