Accommodation and Return to Work. 11.01 In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, the parties acknowledge their respective roles in complying with the Code. The Employer, Union and the employees will fully cooperate to ensure compliance with the Code, including any arrangement to provide for accommodation under the Code.
