ACCESS TO NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATIONS. A worker representative will be allowed up to twenty (20) minutes after the employer orientation to meet with the group of new bargaining unit workers who have completed the facility orientation provided by the Employer. The worker representative will obtain prior written supervisory approval before he/she will be released to participate in this meeting. The employer will provide the Union with no less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice of New Employee Orientations.
