Common use of Accelerated Shared Growth Initiative Clause in Contracts

Accelerated Shared Growth Initiative. South Africa (ASGI-SA) The Contractor complies with and fulfils the Contractor’s obligations in respect of the Accelerated and Shared Growth Initiative - South Africa in accordance with and as provided for in the Contractor’s ASGI-SA Compliance Schedule . The Contractor shall keep accurate records and provide the Employer with reports on the Contractor’s actual delivery against the above stated ASGI-SA criteria The Contractor’s failure to comply with his ASGI-SA obligations constitutes substantial failure on the part of the Contractor to comply with his obligations under this contract.

South Africa (ASGI-SA) The Contractor complies with and fulfils the Contractor’s obligations in respect of the Accelerated Supplier Development and Shared Growth Initiative Localisation - South Africa in accordance with and as provided for in the Contractor’s ASGI-SA SD&L- Compliance Schedule . stated below:  Community Social Investment initiates The Contractor shall keep accurate records and provide the Employer Service Manager with reports on the Contractor’s actual delivery against the above stated ASGI-SA criteria SD&L- criteria. The Contractor’s failure to comply with his ASGI-SA SD&L- obligations constitutes substantial failure on the part of the Contractor to comply with his obligations under this contract.
