Common use of Abnormal Plant Shutdowns Clause in Contracts

Abnormal Plant Shutdowns. When approved by the PCO, the Company will compensate employees in full, who are sent home, as directed by the Company, for those periods of time when safety stand-downs, government/customer shutdowns, government mandated holidays, periods of national mourning, inoperable training devices, closing of the facilities or Little Rock AFB, or other Acts of God necessitate a partial workday(s) or temporary closing of facilities.
