2Term of Agreement. Subject to the provisions of Article 2.3, this Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the Effective Date and shall be automatically renewed for each successive one-year period thereafter.

2Term of Agreement. Subject to the provisions of Article 2.3, this Agreement shall remain in effect until the later of the dates on which: (i) all of the EPC Services have been completed, or (ii) the final payment of all invoices has been made.
2Term of Agreement. Unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the “Term” of this Agreement shall be from the Effective Date until December 31 following the conclusion of the last annual review process pursuant to Section 4.2(c). 2Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall become effective as of the Effective Date and shall continue until the Parties have satisfied their respective obligations as set forth in this Agreement, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.
