Saturday Sunday and designated paid holidays shall not be counted in determining the time within which any action is to be taken or completed under the grievance procedure.
on Saturday 3 From 1 January 2016, the allowance for working irregular hours referred to in Article 4.7.3 shall also be paid during holidays. The employer shall determine an average amount for this payment on the basis of the allowances paid in the twelve calendar months preceding the month in which the employee takes holidays. Sunday Employees at the Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 8:30 p.m. Friday and 8:29 p.m. Sunday.
