10No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns and nothing herein, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other Person or entity any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.
10No Third-Party Beneficiaries. The Parties to this Agreement do not intend to benefit any person not a party to this Agreement. No person or entity, other than the Parties to this Agreement, shall have any right, legal or equitable, to enforce any provision of this Agreement.
