Years of Service (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.
Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]
Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:
PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility The following employees covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the employee's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time. Credited Service A year of “Credited Service” shall mean a calendar year in which the Participant is paid for at least 1,000 hours of service (as defined in the frozen Hasbro Pension Plan) as an employee of the Company or of a Subsidiary of the Company. A Participant does not need to be, or have been, a participant in the Hasbro Pension Plan.
