Documentation Agent; Syndication Agent. None of the Lenders identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as Documentation Agent or Syndication Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability or responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lenders so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relations with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Lenders so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking any action hereunder.
Documentation Agent; Syndication Agent. Nothing in this Agreement shall impose on the Documentation Agent or the Syndication Agent, in each case in such capacity, any duties or obligations.

None of the Banks identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as Documentation Agent or Syndication Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability or responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relations with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking any action hereunder.
Documentation Agent; Syndication Agent. Each Lender agrees that neither the Documentation Agent nor the Syndication Agent shall have any duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party.
Documentation Agent; Syndication Agent. Each party hereto hereby agrees that any Person designated as a Documentation Agent, Syndication Agent, Arranger or Bookrunner shall have no duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender, the Swingline Lender or the Issuing Bank.

Documentation Agent; Syndication Agent. Each Lender hereby designates Cadence Bank, ViewPoint Bank and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank, N.A. as a Co-Documentation Agent and agrees that no Co-Documentation Agent shall have any duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party. Each Lender hereby designates Texas Capital Bank, N.A. as Syndication Agent and agrees that the Syndication Agent shall have no duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party.

Each Lender hereby designates Fifth Third Bank, KeyBank National Association and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association as Co-Documentation Agents (each in such capacity, a “Co-Documentation Agent”) and agrees that the Co-Documentation Agents shall have no duties or obligations under any Credit Documents to any Lender or any Credit Party. Each Lender hereby designates Bank of America, N.A. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Co-Syndication Agents (each in such capacity, a “Co-Syndication Agent”) and agrees that the Co-Syndication Agents shall have no duties or obligations under any Credit Documents to any Lender or any Credit Party.

Each Lender hereby designates City National Bank as Documentation Agent (the “Documentation Agent”) and agrees that the Documentation Agent shall have no duty or obligation under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party. Each Lender hereby designates Bank of America, N.A. and City National Bank as Syndication Agents (the “Syndication Agents”) and agrees that the Syndication Agents shall have no duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party.
