No Third Parties Benefited. This Agreement is made and entered into for the sole protection and legal benefit of the Company, the Banks, the Agent and the Agent-Related Persons, and their permitted successors and assigns, and no other Person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.
No Third Parties Benefited. This Agreement is made and entered into for the sole protection and legal benefit of the Borrower, the Lenders, the L/C Issuers party hereto, Agent and, subject to the provisions of Section 8.11, each other Secured Party, and their permitted successors and assigns, and no other Person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents. Neither Agent nor any Lender shall have any obligation to any Person not a party to this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.
No Third Parties Benefited. This Agreement is made for the purpose of defining and setting forth certain obligations, rights and duties of Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in connection with the Revolving Facility, and is made for the sole benefit of Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and the Administrative Agent’s and the Lenders’ successors and assigns. Except as provided in Sections 11.8 and 11.11, no other Person shall have any rights of any nature hereunder or by reason hereof.
No Third Parties Benefited. This Agreement is made and entered into for the sole protection and benefit of the parties hereto, their successors, assigns and heirs, and no other Person shall have any right or action under this Agreement.

This Agreement and the other Loan Documents are made and entered into for the sole protection and legal benefit of the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Lenders, the Agent, the Arranger and their permitted successors and assigns, and no other Person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents. All conditions to the performance of the obligations of the Agent and the Lenders under this Agreement, including the obligation to make Loans and issue Letters of Credit, are imposed solely and exclusively for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders and no other Person shall have standing to require satisfaction of such conditions in accordance with their terms or be entitled to assume that the Agent and the Lenders will refuse to make Loans or issue Letters of Credit in the absence of strict compliance with any or all thereof and no other Person shall, under any circumstances, be deemed to be a beneficiary of such conditions, any and all of which may be freely waived in whole or in part by the Agent and the Lenders at any time if in their sole discretion they deem it desirable to do so. In particular, the Agent and the Lenders make no representations and assume no obligations as to third parties concerning the quality of any construction by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries of any development or the absence therefrom of defects.

No Third Parties Benefited. No person other than Lender and Borrower and their permitted successors and assigns shall have any right of action under any of the Loan Documents.
No Third Parties Benefited. This Agreement is made and entered into for the sole protection and benefit of the Loan Parties, the Lenders, the Administrative Agent, and, as applicable, the Lead Arrangers . No trust fund is created by this Agreement and no other Persons or entities will have any right of action under this Agreement or any right against the Lenders to obtain any proceeds of the Loan.

This Agreement is made and entered into for the protection and legal benefit of the parties, and their permitted successors and assigns (including, without limitation, any Purchaser Trust), and each and every Indemnified Person (all of which shall be entitled to enforce the Indemnity contained in Sections 8.01 and 8.02 hereof), and no other person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement.
