Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent. Neither the Syndication Agent nor the Documentation Agent shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.
Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent. The Banks identified on the title page as “Syndication Agent” and “Documentation Agent” shall have no right, power, obligation or liability under this Agreement or any other Loan Document other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any Bank so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or omitting any action hereunder.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent, in such capacities, shall have no obligations, duties or responsibilities, and shall incur no liabilities, under this Agreement or any other Document.

Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as the Syndication Agent or the Documentation Agent shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that no Person shall have, by reason of its designation as Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent, any power, duty, responsibility or liability whatsoever under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

The titles "Syndication Agent" and "Documentation Agent" given to certain Lenders named on the cover page of this Agreement are purely honorific, and no Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent, as the case may be, in its capacity as such, shall have any liabilities, duties or responsibilities hereunder.

The Lenders identified on the signature pages of this Agreement as the “Syndication Agent” and the “Documentation Agent” shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement (or any other Loan Document) other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the Lenders so identified as “Syndication Agent” and “Documentation Agent” shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any other Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Lenders so identified as “Syndication Agent” and as “Documentation Agent” in deciding to enter into this Agreement and each other Loan Document to which it is a party or in taking or not taking action hereunder or thereunder.
