Documentation Agent and Syndication Agent. Neither the Documentation Agent nor the Syndication Agent shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.
Documentation Agent and Syndication Agent. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained elsewhere in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document, the Documentation Agent and Syndication Agent shall not have any duties or responsibilities, nor shall the Documentation Agent and Syndication Agent have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender, and no implied covenants, functions, responsibilities, duties, obligations or liabilities shall be read into this Agreement or any other Loan Document or otherwise exist against the Documentation Agent and Syndication Agent. At any time that any Lender serving (or whose Affiliate is serving) as Documentation Agent and/or Syndication Agent shall have transferred to any other Person (other than any Affiliates) all of its interests in the Loans and the Revolving Loan Commitment, such Lender (or an Affiliate of such Lender acting as Documentation Agent or Syndication Agent) shall be deemed to have concurrently resigned as such Documentation Agent and/or Syndication Agent.

Documentation Agent and Syndication Agent. None of the Co-Documentation Agents or Co-Syndication Agents shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.

Documentation Agent and Syndication Agent. Neither the Documentation Agent nor the Syndication Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Agent in Section 10.11.

Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Documentation Agent or the Syndication Agent in deciding to enter into this Credit Agreement or not taking any action hereunder.
