Syndication Agent. The Syndication Agent shall not have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.
Syndication Agent. The Syndication Agent shall have no responsibility or obligation under this Agreement in its capacity as Syndication Agent.
Syndication Agent. The Syndication Agent, in its capacity as such, shall have no rights, powers, duties or obligations under this Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents.
Syndication Agent. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the respective meanings provided such terms in the Credit Agreement referred to below.
Syndication Agent. Nothing in this Agreement shall impose upon the Syndication Agent, in such capacity, any obligation or liability whatsoever.
Syndication Agent. The Lender identified in this Agreement as the "Syndication Agent" shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Agent in Section 10.11.
Syndication Agent. As defined in the preamble hereto.
Syndication Agent. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is the Syndication Agent and in such capacity assumes no responsibility or obligation hereunder, including, without limitation, for servicing, enforcement or collection of any of the Loans, nor any duties as an agent hereunder for the Lenders. The title given to the Syndication Agent is solely honorific and implies no fiduciary responsibility on the part of the Syndication Agent to the Administrative Agent, any Lender, the Borrower or any other Loan Party and the use of such titles does not impose on the Syndication Agent any duties or obligations greater than those of any other Lender or entitle the Syndication Agent to any rights other than those to which any other Lender is entitled.
