COMPLETE CONTRACT. This Contract contains all the terms agreed upon by the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Contract and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, and communications between the Parties concerning such subject matter, whether oral or written.
COMPLETE CONTRACT. This Contract represents the entire agreement between the Owner and the Design-Builder and supersedes prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. This Contract may be amended only by written instrument signed by both the Owner and the Design-Builder.
COMPLETE CONTRACT. The REPC together with its addenda, any attached exhibits, and Seller Disclosures (collectively referred to as the “REPC”), constitutes the entire contract between the parties and supersedes and replaces any and all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, understandings or contracts between the parties whether verbal or otherwise. The REPC cannot be changed except by written agreement of the parties.
COMPLETE CONTRACT. This Agreement constitutes the Parties entire understanding of their rights and obligations. This Agreement supersedes any other written or verbal communications between the Parties. Any subsequent changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
COMPLETE CONTRACT. This Contract together with its addenda, any attached exhibits, and Seller Disclosures, constitutes the entire Contract between the parties and supersedes and replaces any and all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, understandings or contracts between the parties. This Contract cannot be changed except by written agreement of the parties.
COMPLETE CONTRACT. This instrument together with its endorsed supplements, and the other components of the Contract Documents, constitutes the entire contract between the parties, with no agreements other than those incorporated herein.
COMPLETE CONTRACT. The first part of this contract, "borrowing conditions" and the second part of the "liquidity loan contract terms," together form a complete loan contract, the same two words have the same meaning. The loan borrower is constrained by the above two parts.
COMPLETE CONTRACT. 15.1 This Agreement, including the exhibits hereto numbered “A” through “F”, constitute the entire agreement by and between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior written or oral understandings. This Agreement may only be amended, supplemented, modified or canceled by a duly executed written instrument, signed by the County and the Engineer.
COMPLETE CONTRACT. This Contract, when executed, together with all Schedules attached hereto or to be attached hereto, as provided for by this Contract shall constitute the entire Contract between both parties and this Contract may not be amended, modified, or terminated except by a written Contract signed by the parties hereto.
