Complete Agreement; Modification. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any previous oral or written communications, negotiations, representations, understandings, or agreements between them. Any modification of this Agreement shall be effective only if set forth in a written document signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company.
Complete Agreement; Modification. All of the representations and obligations of the parties are contained in this Lease and no modification, waiver or amendment of this Lease or of any of its conditions or provisions will be binding upon a party unless in writing signed by such party.

This Agreement supersedes and replaces all previous correspondence, promises, representations, and agreements, if any, either written or oral with respect to Executive’s employment by Company or any Related Company and any matter covered by this Agreement. No provision of this Agreement may be modified, amended, or waived except by a written document signed both by Company and Executive.

This Agreement contains the final, complete and exclusive expression of the understanding among the Partners with respect to the Partnership and its purposes and objectives and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement or representation, oral or written, by any of them. Except to admit a new or a substitute Partner or to reflect the withdrawal or Retirement of a Partner, this Agreement and every provision of it may be modified or amended only by an agreement in writing signed by or on behalf of all Partners.

Complete Agreement; Modification. This Professional Services Contract constitutes the entire agreement as to the Project between the parties. Any Contract Modification of this Contract and the Project/Program Statement scope of work requirements must be in writing, signed by duly authorized representatives of the parties, and shall be in such format and detail as the State may require. No Contract Modification may be entered into to compensate the Professional for correcting, or for responding to claims or litigation for the Professional firm’s final design Contract Documents/study/design errors, omissions or neglect on the part of the Professional. Complete Agreement; Modification.
