Opinion of Counsels. The Purchaser shall have received legal opinions from (i) the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, and PRC counsels to the Group Companies, and (ii) the Hong Kong counsel addressed to the limited partner of the Purchaser, dated as of the Closing Date, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser and/or the limited partner of the Purchaser (as the case may be).
