Compensation of the Trustees. The Sponsor agrees to pay the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee from time to time such compensation for all services rendered by the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee hereunder as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by the Sponsor and the Property Trustee or the Delaware Trustee, as the case may be, and, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, to reimburse the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee upon its or their request for all reasonable expenses, disbursements and advances incurred or made by the Property Trustee or the Delaware Trustee, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement, except any such expense, disbursement or advance as may be attributable to its or their negligence or bad faith.

Compensation of the Trustees. (a) As compensation, the Liquidation Trustee shall be entitled to receive $ 400 per annumhour (or such other amount as agreed to from time to time by the Liquidation Trustee and the Liquidation Trust Board), payable in advance in quarterly installmentsmonthly, for the performance of services provided under and pursuant to this Declaration, and shall be reimbursed for all reasonable and documented expenses incurred in connection with the performance of its services hereunder.
Compensation of the Trustees. (a) As compensation, the SCC Litigation Trustee shall be entitled to 400 per annumhour (or such other amount as agreed to from time to time by the SCC Litigation Trustee and the SCC Litigation Trust Board), payable in advance in quarterly installmentsmonthly, for the performance of services provided under and pursuant to this Declaration, and shall be reimbursed for all reasonable and documented expenses incurred in connection with the performance of its services hereunder.
Compensation of the Trustees. (a) The Trustees shall serve without compensation. The Trustees and each of their agents shall be reimbursed by the owners of the Beneficial Shares ratably according to the respective number of Beneficial Shares then outstanding for all out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by them in the performance of their respective duties under this Agreement.

The Sponsor agrees to pay the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively the “Fiduciary Indemnified Persons”) from time to time such compensation for all services rendered by the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee hereunder as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by the Sponsor and the Property Trustee or the Delaware Trustee, as the case may be, and, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, to reimburse the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee upon its or their request for all reasonable expenses, disbursements and advances incurred or made by the Property Trustee or the Delaware Trustee, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement, except any such expense, disbursement or advance as may be attributable to its or their negligence or bad faith.
Compensation of the Trustees. The Trustees shall be entitled to compensation for their services hereunder and for their services as trustees of the Company, as they shall determine in good faith.
Compensation of the Trustees. The Trustees shall serve without compensation, however, the Trustees shall be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses incurred in the administration of this Trust. The Trustees shall maintain documentation and an itemization of all expenses incurred in the administration of this Trust, which shall be the basis of any reimbursement. The beneficiaries of the Trust reserve the right to inspect such documentation at reasonable times and places. All expenses incurred by the Trustees shall be submitted and paid monthly.
