Inspection of Accounts. The Member may, at any time during the Company’s business hours, inspect and copy any Company record at any of the Company’s offices.

Inspection of Accounts. The Manager shall permit any Owner at any reasonable time to inspect the books or records of account and any income and expenditure account or balance sheet. The Manager shall upon payment of a reasonable copying charge (which will be credited to the Special Fund) supply any Owner with a copy of any record or document requested by him.
