Exploration Activities means activities that are performed on land in the state for the purpose of
Exploration Activities means those actions conducted upon the leased premises as a necessary part of exploration including geological, chemical and geophysical surveys, preparation of necessary roads and drill sites, drilling, sampling, analysis, testing, feasibility and environmental studies or other approved activities.
Exploration Activities means mining activities conducted to assess the geological structure, define the resource and support mine planning.

  • IE shall ensure that the Typhoon Unit remains exclusively dedicated to the Exploration Activities and that no third party derives any benefit, access, or information from such Typhoon Unit.

  • SQM shall act diligently to carry out the Exploration Activities, but if SQM is prevented from performing any of its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SQM, such event shall not give rise to any liability for SQM for any damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with any delay, restriction, interference or failure in performing any obligation.

  • All Work Programs shall not interfere with or disrupt SQM’s activities and shall include provisions requiring both IE and SQM to adopt all reasonable measures to collaborate and coordinate their respective Exploration Activities in order to avoid interfering with or disrupting with the other Party’s Exploration Activities within the Typhoon Exploration Area.

  • If Exploration Activities are suspended or delayed as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Exploration Term shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of such suspension or delay, provided that such extension shall not exceed a total of six (6) months.

  • IE Exploration Services shall be performed by IE in accordance with an approved Work Program, and SQM’s Exploration Activities shall likewise be performed in accordance with an approved Work Program.


More Definitions of Exploration Activities

Exploration Activities means the initial phase of oil and natural gas operations that includes the generation of a prospect or play and the drilling of an exploration well.
Exploration Activities means for example but not limited to, testing the surface and the underground by all means particularly the geological, geochemical and geophysical that lead to identify the minerals via their natural, magnetic and electric characteristics or any other characteristics, or by testing pits/drill or holes to ensure the existence or probability of existing (Gold) and associated minerals. Moreover, the exploration includes a detailed test for the surface and underground by using all drilling and mining work that leads to a determination regarding the presence, quantity, and specifications of mineral Ores; the economic methods of extraction, treatment, and marketing; delineation of an identified orebody, estimation of economic reserves and resources of the Ore and associated minerals, and mining and technical specifications; and the creation of technical data required for economic assessments including but not limited to Preliminary Economic Assessments, Pre-Feasibility Studies, and Feasibility Studies such as the National Instrument 43-101 as required for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) or Public Reports in accordance with the JORC Code as required for listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
Exploration Activities means the exploration and/or development work to be carried out on the Exploration Area; •
Exploration Activities means any activities related to the exploration for petroleum;
Exploration Activities means all activities directed toward ascertaining the existence, location, quantity, quality or commercial value of deposits of minerals, including such activities as prospecting, geological mapping, drilling, geophysics and geochemistry, including, but not limited to the activities necessary to conduct a preliminary economic assessment, a pre-feasibility study and a feasibility study, conforming to generally accepted mining industry standards and/or National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators.
Exploration Activities means, inter alia, all direct and indirect Property preparation, analysis (and activities incident thereto), work and expenditures conducted by the Purchaser, at its instruction, or on its behalf, for the purpose of determining the existence of mineral deposits of a commercial nature on the Property;
Exploration Activities means all activities and operations conducted for the purpose of delineating and geologically assessing the Minerals including, but not limited to, all geological mapping, geochemical, geophysical, geotechnical and environmental surveys, drilling, resource estimation, mine engineering and financial studies to enable the completion of Mining Feasibility Studies, whether conducted prior to, or pursuant to this Agreement;
