Section 12.2(b). Section 12.2(b) is hereby amended by adding the following words immediately after the words “Reserve Fund” in the third sentence of Section 12.2(b): “, other than any security interest that is granted by LM in favour of any securities intermediary in the Permitted Investments that are held with such securities intermediary to secure such securities intermediary’s customary fees and expenses and the unpaid purchase price of any securities purchased by or on behalf of LM”.
