section 103. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement to the contrary, the Employer will adhere to the provisions of all state and federal laws, regulations, decisions and guidelines in its employment practices. The Employer shall not be deemed to be in violation of this article if its actions were taken in accordance with employment practices required by any state or federal agency. Alleged violation of this article shall not be made the subject of an arbitration proceeding hereunder, but relief may be sought through the appropriate agency.
