Introduction. The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the licensing of Software and the provision of Maintenance by MSC to Customer hereunder. From time to time, Software licenses and/or Maintenance may be acquired under this Agreement by one or more mutually agreed Order Schedule referencing this Agreement. Each mutually agreed upon Order Schedule shall be attached hereto and become an integral part of this Agreement.
