Duration. The contract comes into force on the date on which it is signed. • The contract is agreed for an initial period of one year. • It shall then be automatically renewed on a yearly basis, unless one party provides the other with written notice of their wish to cancel the contract, to be sent by registered post at least 3 months prior to the next renewal date. • The following circumstances represent just cause for the Parties to immediately terminate the contract:
