Yield Supplement Agreement definition

Yield Supplement Agreement means the agreement, dated as of the date of this Agreement, among the Seller, NMAC, Wxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee, and the Trust, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Yield Supplement Agreement means the Yield Supplement Agreement dated as of the date hereof among NMAC, the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee and the Trust.

Yield Supplement Agreement means the Yield Supplement Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2001, by and between the Seller and MMCA, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.
