Certificate Purchase Agreement means the Certificate Purchase Agreement, dated December 16, 2004, between Depositor and the Initial Purchaser.

Certificate Purchase Agreement. Means the Purchase Agreement dated September 24, 1998 among the Initial Purchasers and the Company, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

More Definitions of Certificate Purchase Agreement

Certificate Purchase Agreement means a purchase agreement for the sale of Certificates between the Depositor and a purchaser of Certificates, substantially in the form attached to the Trust Agreement as Exhibit C, pursuant to which Certificates will be purchased.
