Xxxxxxxx Meeting means the special meeting of Xxxxxxxx Shareholders, including any adjournment or postponement thereof in accordance with the terms of the Merger Agreement, to be called and held in accordance with the Interim Order to consider the Arrangement Resolution and for any other purpose as may be set out in the Joint Circular and agreed to in writing by the Parties in accordance with the terms of the Merger Agreement.
