Xxxxxxx Mortgage definition

Xxxxxxx Mortgage means the first priority or (as the case may be) preferred mortgage of the Xxxxxxx Ship executed or (as the context may require) to be executed by the Xxxxxxx Borrower in favour of the Security Agent and/or any of the other Creditors in such form as the Agent may require in its reasonable discretion;

Xxxxxxx Mortgage means that certain Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits, Financing Statement and Fixture Filing made by the XxXxxxx Project Owner to Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, as trustee, for the benefit of the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties.
