Xxxxxx Credit Facility definition

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means the credit facility to be entered into by one or more of Xxxxxx Broadcast Group Inc., as parent guarantor, Xxxxxx Broadcast Group of Duluth LLC, Xxxxxx Broadcast Group of Duluth Licensee, LLC, Xxxxxx Broadcast Group of Fort Xxxxx LLC, Xxxxxx Broadcast Group of Fort Xxxxx Licensee LLC, as borrowers and the lenders party to the Credit Agreement to refinance the Existing Xxxxxx Credit Facility, as amended, restated, refinanced, replaced, modified and supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by and among Merger Sub (successor by merger to Xxxxxx), as borrower, the Borrower, the lenders party thereto and Bank of America, as administrative agent.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means the credit facilities made available to Independent Propane Company, pursuant to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 11, 1998, among Independent Propane Company, Xxxxxx Financial, Inc., and certain other lenders party thereto.

• The Subsidiary Guarantees shall in all respects rank pari passu with all other Guarantor Senior Subordinated Indebtedness of a Guarantor other than that related to the XX Xxxxxx Credit Facility, and only Indebtedness of a Guarantor which is Guarantor Senior Indebtedness will rank senior to the Securities and the Subsidiary Guarantees in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.

• On or prior to October 26, 2014, (or such extended period as agreed to by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion), use reasonable best efforts to cause Xxxxxx to amend, refinance or otherwise modify the Xxxxxx Credit Facility to permit dividends to be paid by Xxxxxx to Borrower subject to customary restrictions reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means the Company's $76.0 million credit facility, as evidenced by the Senior Credit Agreement.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means that certain Second Amended and Restated Credit and Security Agreement, dated as of August 14, 2013, between Xxxxxx, the other Persons party thereto from time to time, and Xxxxx Fargo Credit, Inc., as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means the Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 26,2000 among Salton, Inc., as Borrower, Xxxxxx Commercial Paper Inc., as Administrative Agent, and the other Signatories thereto, as amended from time to time through the Closing Date.

Xxxxxx Credit Facility means the Loan Agreement, dated as of December 12, 2005, by and between Xxxxxx, as borrower, and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, as lender.
