• The Master Servicer shall supervise, monitor and oversee the obligations of the Servicer to service and administer the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the terms of the Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement and shall have full power and authority to do any and all things which it may deem necessary or desirable in connection with such master servicing and administration.

• The Master Servicer shall use its best reasonable efforts to cause the Servicer (to the extent required under the Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement) to keep in force and effect (to the extent that the Mortgage Loan requires the Mortgagor to maintain such insurance), primary mortgage insurance applicable to each Mortgage Loan in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Xxxxx Fargo Servicing Agreement, as applicable.
