XX Xxxx Collateral Account definition

XX Xxxx Collateral Account means a special interest bearing cash collateral account pledged by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties containing cash deposited pursuant to Section 2.14(e), 2.17, 2.18, 7.02 or 7.03 to be maintained at the Administrative Agent’s office in accordance with Section 2.14(g) and bear interest or be invested in the Administrative Agent’s reasonable discretion.

XX Xxxx Collateral Account means an interest bearing cash collateral account established upon the occurrence of an Event of Default by the Senior Facility Agent in its name for the benefit of the Senior Lenders, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

XX Xxxx Collateral Account means an account designated “Kosmos - XX Xxxx Collateral Account” which is established and maintained by the Original Borrower pursuant to clause 20 (Bank Accounts and Cash Management) of this Agreement, with the relevant LC Issuing Bank or Lender (as applicable, in accordance with the terms of clause 7.1(B)(viii)(a)), which is secured in favour of the relevant LC Issuing Bank or Lender, as applicable.

XX Xxxx Collateral Account means an account with the Administrative Agent, in the name of the Administrative Agent and for the benefit of the Lenders.

XX Xxxx Collateral Account means the account designated as the XX Xxxx Collateral Account to be established and maintained at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., which account shall be in the name of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Purchase Groups, in respect of the Facility.
