Examples of Xaas in a sentence

  • Unless expressly agreed otherwise, during or after the term of the Contract the Supplier is not obliged to return or hand over to the Customer any data or information of the Customer that the Supplier has in its possession in connection with the provision of the Service (such as a Xaas or Hosting Service).
