Written Maintenance Instructions definition

Written Maintenance Instructions means those maintenance and operation instructions, together with the time and/or mileage interval at which such maintenances are to be performed, specified in the Owner’s Manual for the Kia Vehicle or this Warranty and Consumer Information Manual as being necessary to assure compliance of the Kia Vehicle with applicable emission standards during the term of this warranty, as specified by law.

  • Compliance with Written Maintenance InstructionsEach Owner is required to comply with the Written Maintenance Instructions and a claim under this warranty may be denied on the basis of noncompliance by the Owner with such instructions.

  • Receipts and other documents covering the performance of Scheduled Maintenance and proper use in accordance with the Written Maintenance Instructions, including but not limited to the validated Scheduled Maintenance Record in this booklet, should, therefore, be retained by the Owner and should be transferred to each subsequent Owner of the Mazda Vehicle.

  • Service Instructions means such instructions given to the Bank via any Telephone Banking Service;

  • Alternative modes of instruction means modes of pupil instruction, other than in-person instruction, that may include, without limitation, partnerships with other districts or intermediate districts or community colleges or institutions of higher education, use of vendors, use of online learning, telephone communications, email, virtual instruction, videos, slideshows, project-based learning, use of instructional packets, or a hybrid of multiple modes of learning that still promote recommended practices for social distancing to mitigate the spread of COVID-CD.

  • Remote Instructions means instructions given by an Authorized Signatory and/or Authorized User to the Financial Institution with respect to the operation of the Account from a remote location using a computer, portable hand-held device, telephone, mobile telephone, fax, via the Financial Institution’s online banking system, email, text message transmission, or other remote communication acceptable to the Financial Institution in order to operate the Account or authorize Transactions and make arrangements with the Financial Institution.

  • Administrative Instructions means the Administrative Instructions under the Treaty;

  • Operating Instructions means the operating procedures, steps, and instructions for the operation of the Interconnection Facilities established from time to time by the Coordination Committee or the PJM and NYISO individual procedures and processes and includes changes from time to time by the Coordination Committee to such established procedures, steps and instructions exclusive of the individual procedures.

  • Special Instructions as used herein, shall mean Instructions countersigned or confirmed in writing by the Treasurer or any Assistant Treasurer of a Fund or any other person designated by the Treasurer of such Fund in writing, which countersignature or confirmation shall be included on the same instrument containing the Instructions or on a separate instrument relating thereto.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance agreement means a contract of limited duration

  • Maintenance and Support means updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. and technical support provided for the Products and Services that Supplier is required to provide directly to DXC or a DXC Customer.

  • Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.

  • Authorized Instructions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.5.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
