Working deck definition

Working deck means generally the lowest complete deck above the deepest operating waterline from which fishing is undertaken. In vessels fitted with two or more complete decks, the Authority may accept a lower deck as a working deck provided that that deck is situated above the deepest operating waterline.
Working deck or “Freeboard deck” means the lowest complete deck above the deepest operating waterline from which fishing is undertaken. In vessels fitted with two or more complete decks, the lower deck may be accepted as the freeboard deck provided that the deck is situated above the deepest operating waterline.
Working deck means the section of decked floor which covers the entire tier of beams and from which the riggers erect steel work.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
