Withdrawing municipality means a municipality whose legislative body has adopted a resolution under Subsection 17B-1-505(3)(a) to initiate the process of the municipality's withdrawal from a first responder district.
Participating Municipality means a municipality that is designated by or under the Act as a participating municipality in a conservation authority.

Eligible municipality means any of the following:
local municipality means a municipality that shares municipal executive and legislative authority in its area with a district municipality within whose area it falls, and which is described in section 155(1) of the Constitution as a category B municipality;
Municipality means a city, village or town.
Instrumentality means a periscope, telescope, binoculars, camcorder, computer, motion picture camera, digital camera, telephone camera, photographic camera or electronic device of any type.
metropolitan municipality means a municipality that has exclusive executive and legislative authority in its area, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category A municipality;
Distressed municipality means a municipality that is qualified
Municipalities means cities, villages and incorporated towns. “Units of local government” means counties, municipalities, townships, special districts, and units, designated as units of local government by law, which exercise limited governmental powers or powers in respect to limited governmental subjects, but does not include school districts;
Government Instrumentality means any department, division or sub- division of the Government or the State Government and includes any commission, board, authority, agency or municipal and other local authority or statutory body including panchayat under the control of the Government or the State Government, as the case may be, and having jurisdiction over all or any part of the Project Highway or the performance of all or any of the services or obligations of the Contractor under or pursuant to this Agreement;
member of Her Majesty s forces posted overseas” means a person who is a member of the regular forces or the reserve forces (within the meaning of section 374 of the Armed Forces Act 2006), who is absent from the dwelling that the person normally occupies as his home because the person has been posted outside of Great Britain to perform the duties of a member of Her Majesty’s regular forces or reserve forces; and
School District Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2)(d), a School District Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33(a) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2) governing the use and re-disclosure of personally identifiable information from student records. Student Data: Student Data includes any data, whether gathered by Provider or provided by LEA or its users, students, or students’ parents/guardians, that is descriptive of the student including, but not limited to, information in the student’s educational record or email, first and last name, home address, telephone number, email address, or other information allowing online contact, discipline records, videos, test results, special education data, juvenile dependency records, grades, evaluations, criminal records, medical records, health records, social security numbers, biometric information, disabilities, socioeconomic information, food purchases, political affiliations, religious information text messages, documents, student identifies, search activity, photos, voice recordings or geolocation information. Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.
Her Majesty means Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada.
District Office – means the office of the District as established by the Board.
Agency or instrumentality of the government of Venezuela means an agency or instrumentality of a foreign state as defined in section
District board means the board of directors of the district.
Governmental Instrumentality means any federal, state or local department, office, instrumentality, agency, board or commission having jurisdiction over a Party or any portion of the Work, the Project or the Site.
Indian Governmental Instrumentality means the Government of India, Governments of state(s), where the Power Projects, Buyer and Buying Entity are located and any ministry, department, board, authority, agency, corporation, commission under the direct or indirect control of Government of India or any of the above state Government(s) or both, any political sub-division of any of them including any court or Appropriate Commission(s) or tribunal or judicial or quasi-judicial body in India;
District superintendent means the superintendent of a district or the chief administrator of a public school academy.
Quasi-Sovereign means an entity 100% guaranteed by a Sovereign or more than 50% directly or indirectly owned by a Sovereign. *
Non-Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Supervised financial organization means a person, other than an insurance company or other organization primarily engaged in an insurance business:
government department means any department of the Government of the United Kingdom;
Public procurement unit means either a local public procurement unit or a state public procurement unit.
