welfare of child definition
welfare of child means any decision taken regarding the child, to ensure fulfillment of his basic rights, identity, social well – being and physical, emotional and intellectual development;
Child means a person under the age of 18 years;
Dependant child means a dependant person who is aged 0–17 years of age.
Welfare Plan means a “welfare plan” as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA.
Health and Welfare Benefits means any form of insurance or similar benefit programs, which may include but not be limited to, medical, hospitalization, surgical, prescription drug, dental, optical, psychiatric, life, or long-term disability.
Child/Children means persons who are of an age of two years and above but who are less than 12 years of age;
