Owner Trustee Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Owner Trustee at which its corporate trust business shall be administered, which initially shall be 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000 Attn: Corporate Trust Administration, or such other office at such other address as the Owner Trustee may designate from time to time by notice to the Certificateholder, the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Depositor and Harley-Davidson Credit.
Administrative Trustees shall have the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.
Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee shall be at the address of the Trustee specified in Section 12.02 hereof or such other address as to which the Trustee may give notice to the Holders and the Issuer.

the Macfarlane Trust means the charitable trust, established partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State to the Haemophilia Society, for the relief of poverty or distress among those suffering from haemophilia;
Trust Agent means U.S. Bank, as Trust Agent under the Titling Trust Agreement.
Owner Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee under this Agreement, and any successor Owner Trustee hereunder.
Corporate Trust Contract means any indenture, trust, pooling and servicing, paying agency, collateral or disbursing agency, securities (whether bond, note, debenture or other) registrar, transfer agency or document custody Contracts and all other fiduciary, agency and corporate trust Contracts, including call rights, in each case, in respect of the Appointments.
indenture trustee or “institutional trustee” means the Trustee.
NIM Trustee The trustee for the NIM Securities.
Corporate Trustee means a Trustee which is a banking institution or trust company regularly engaged in the business of trust administration in which no Beneficiary has any controlling interest.
Vehicle Trust Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Corporate Trust Capacity means trustee, registrar, agency (including as paying agent, transfer agent, collateral agent, fiscal agent, escrow agent or similar agency capacity), servicer, master servicer, custodial (including document custody) or other similar capacity under a Corporate Trust Contract, and any rights or duties arising from, or the provision of any services in connection with, any such capacities.
Deputy compact administrator means: the individual, if any, in each compacting state appointed to act on behalf of a Compact Administrator pursuant to the terms of this compact responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
Outside Trustee With respect to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the trustee under the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement.
Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Administrative Trustee means each of the Persons identified as an “Administrative Trustee” in the preamble to this Trust Agreement, solely in each such Person’s capacity as Administrative Trustee of the Trust and not in such Person’s individual capacity, or any successor Administrative Trustee appointed as herein provided.
Shareholder Servicing Agent shall have the meaning designated in Section 5.2(f) hereof.
Principal Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Trustee, at which at any particular time its corporate trust business shall be principally administered, which office at the date of execution of this instrument is at the address set forth in the first paragraph of this instrument.
Depositor means Advisors Asset Management, Inc. and its successors in interest, or any successor depositor appointed as hereinafter provided."

Special Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Special Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Special Servicer under this Agreement.
Titling Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of April 30, 2012, by and between GE Capital Title Holding Corp., a Delaware corporation, as settlor and initial beneficiary and Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, as UTI trustee, Administrative trustee and Delaware trustee.
Lead Depositor means the Depositor under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
