Waivable Charges means Charges incurred by a Cardholder or other authorized person which:

Examples of Waivable Charges in a sentence

  • Waivable Charges shall mean charges incurred by a Cardholder or other authorized person which do not benefit the County directly or indirectly.

  • Any monies the Financial Institution may receive at any time from the Cardholder or any other source in respect of Waivable Charges will be used by the Financial Institution to reduce the Waivable Charges and/or the amount of any claim the Financial Institution files with the underwriter.

  • Charges incurred by a Cardholder who has a prior record of having caused a direct loss due to debits established against the Company in respect of Waivable Charges.

  • Waiver Request Letter A letter composed by the Account Holder outlining the Waivable Charges (full details explained under Minimum Standards of Control) which is then sent by letter or fax to the Policyholder.

  • WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT THAT CAN BE WAIVED?The maximum amount that can be waived for eligible Waivable Charges is up to $100,000 per Visa Business Card, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the Program.

  • A list of Waivable Charges and written evidence that they are Waivable Charges as defined under DEFINITIONS hereof (i.e., copy of Financial Institution/Company contract and Cardholder Agreement).

  • Upon receipt of adequate documentation from the Financial Institution, the Program underwriter will reimburse the Financial Institution for all Waivable Charges up to a maximum equal to the limit of insurance stated in the Declarations for each Cardholder.

  • WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT THAT CAN BE WAIVED?The maximum amount that can be waived for eligible Waivable Charges is up to $100,000 per Card, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the Program.

  • If necessary, the Card Service Company and/or its Program Underwriter may request further documentation regarding proof concerning the Charges in question.Upon receipt of adequate documentation from the Financial Institution, the Program underwriter will reimburse the Financial Institution for all Waivable Charges up to a maximum equal to USD† 5K for Mastercard® Business Credit Card.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Prepayment Charges Any prepayment premium or charge payable by a Mortgagor in connection with any Principal Prepayment on a Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related Mortgage Note or Mortgage, as applicable.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Default Charges Default Interest and/or late payment charges that are paid or payable, as the context may require, in respect of any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan or REO Mortgage Loan.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Debt charges means the principal, including any mandatory sinking fund deposits and mandatory redemption payments, interest, and any redemption premium, payable on securities as those payments come due and are payable. The use of "debt charges" for this purpose does not imply that any particular securities constitute debt within the meaning of the Ohio Constitution or other laws.

  • Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Imbalance Charges means any fees, penalties, costs or charges (in cash or in kind) assessed by a Transporter for failure to satisfy the Transporter's balance and/or nomination requirements.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Prepayment Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the charges or premiums, if any, due in connection with a full or partial prepayment of such Mortgage Loan during a Prepayment Period in accordance with the terms thereof (other than any Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount).

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Collateral Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Lender Expenses are all audit fees and expenses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) for preparing, amending, negotiating, administering, defending and enforcing the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, those incurred in connection with appeals or Insolvency Proceedings) or otherwise incurred with respect to Borrower.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).
