Verizon Third Party Intellectual Property definition

Verizon Third Party Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person other than Verizon or any of its Subsidiaries, that is used or held for use in the conduct of the Spinco Business, without regard as to whether Verizon or any of its Subsidiaries has any rights therein or the right to assign such rights to Spinco or the Spinco Subsidiaries.
Verizon Third Party Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person other than Verizon or any of its Subsidiaries, that is used in the conduct of the Spinco Business, without regard as to whether Verizon or any of its Subsidiaries has any rights therein or the right to assign such rights to Spinco or the Spinco Subsidiaries.
