Valuation Agent Agreement definition

Valuation Agent Agreement means that certain Valuation Agent Agreement, to be dated on or about December 19, 2014 by and among the Sellers and the Valuation Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Buyer, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
