Valid Right definition

Valid Right means a right of ownership, use or occupancy arising under fee title, a leasehold interest, an easement (including arising under a statute or other applicable Law), a Permit, a license, an indefeasible right to use, a colocation right, a co-occupancy right, a conduit right, a pole attachment right, a regeneration site right, an interconnection right or other similar right.
Valid Right means a right of ownership, use or occupancy arising under fee title, a leasehold interest, an easement (including arising under a statute or other applicable Law), a license, an indefeasible right to use, a colocation right, a co-occupancy right, a conduit right, a pole attachment right, a regeneration site right, an interconnection right or other similar right.

Examples of Valid Right in a sentence

  • The Company and the Subsidiaries have a Valid Right, or otherwise have the right, to use all equipment necessary, in any material respect, to operate the fiber optic network of the Company and the Subsidiaries as currently operated by the Company and the Subsidiaries.
