Company IP Rights definition

Company IP Rights means (a) any and all Intellectual Property used in the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as currently conducted, and (b) any and all other Intellectual Property owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company IP Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Company IP Rights means all IP Rights owned solely or co-owned by Company or its Subsidiaries, or in which Company or its Subsidiaries has any right, title or interest.

Company IP Rights means all of the Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Company.
