Valero Group definition

Valero Group means Valero, each Subsidiary of Valero immediately after the Distribution Date and each Affiliate of Valero immediately after the Distribution Date (in each case other than any member of the Corner Store Group).

Examples of Valero Group in a sentence

  • Each of Valero and the Partnership hereby guarantee the performance of all actions, agreements and obligations provided for under this Agreement of each member of the Valero Group and the Partnership Group, respectively.
