• As long as no Event of Default has occurred or is threatening, the Borrower shall be allowed to incur and to make intercompany loans or deposits and to freely accept and grant equity contributions in any form to or from companies in the MLP Group, such intercompany loans, deposits or equity contributions to be subordinated to the Lenders’ rights.

MLP Group means KNOT Offshore Partners LP and its Subsidiaries.

MLP Group means, individually and collectively, the General Partner, EPD, EPOLLC and any Affiliate controlled (and only so long as such Affiliates are controlled) by the General Partner, EPD or EPOLLC (as the term “control” is used in the definition of “Affiliate”).

MLP Group means either of the EPD Group or the Oiltanking Group, as the case may be. “MLP Group Parties” shall mean each of the EPD Group Parties and the Oiltanking Group Parties. “Oiltanking” shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

MLP Group means the MLP, the General Partner and any current or future subsidiaries of the MLP.

MLP Group means (i) each of the MLP Parties, (ii) MLP-GP, (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, (iv) each Affiliate of each of the MLP Parties in which such MLP Party owns (directly or indirectly) an Equity Interest and (v) each natural person that is an Affiliate of any MLP Party solely because of such natural person's position as an officer (or person performing similar functions), director (or person performing similar functions) or other representative of any Person described in (i) - (iv) above, but only to the extent that such natural person is in its capacity as an officer, director or representative of such Person.
