USD Commitment definition

USD Commitment means, as to each Lender, its obligation to (a) make Committed (USD) Loans to the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.01(a), (b) purchase participations in L/C Obligations, and (c) purchase participations in Swing Line Loans, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the Dollar amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Annex II under the caption “USD Commitment” or opposite such caption in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
USD Commitment means, as to any USD Lender, the obligation of such Lender to make USD Revolving Loans denominated in U.S. Dollars and/or Euros and to participate in Swing Line Loans and Letters of Credit in an aggregate Outstanding Amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth such Lender’s name on Schedule 1(a) under the caption “USD Commitment”, as the same may be modified from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
USD Commitment means, as to any Lender, its obligation to (a) make Committed USD Loans to the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.01(b), (b) purchase participations in L/C Obligations and (c) purchase participations in Swing Line Loans, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the Dollar amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01 or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of USD Commitment in a sentence

  • Any reduction of the Aggregate (USD) Commitments shall be applied to the USD Commitment of each Lender according to its Applicable (USD) Percentage.

  • Within the limits of each Committed (USD) Lender’s USD Commitment, and subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, the Borrowers may borrow under this Section 2.01(a), prepay under Section 2.05, and reborrow under this Section 2.01(a).

  • Any applicable Lender not responding within such time period shall be deemed to have declined to increase its USD Commitment or the MC Commitments, as the case may be.

  • Each applicable Lender shall notify the Administrative Agent within such time period whether or not it agrees to increase its USD Commitment or MC Commitment and, if so, by what amount; provided that the Borrower may determine, in its sole discretion, to accept all, a portion of or none of such increase agreed to by such Lender.

  • This also includes any concerns raised through other organisations such as the Care Quality Commission.
