This Agreement continues for the Term as set out in Item 9 of the Key Terms Schedule unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

If Part 4 of the Key Terms Schedule specifies that Documentary LCs are “Available” and a Borrower gives a Funding Notice requesting a Documentary LC under the Trade Finance Facility, the Lender must, subject to this agreement, issue each Documentary LC requested in the Funding Notice on the specified Funding Date in the specified Available Currency and otherwise in accordance with that Funding Notice.
Customer shall pay Hudl the Fees at the times specified in the Key Terms Schedule within 30 days of receipt of any Invoice.
This Agreement, including the Schedules and Key Terms Schedule attached hereto constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
The parties’ initial service managers shall be set forth in the Key Terms Schedule.
